Lightning Bolt, Wizard's Lightning- In this deck, these cards are almost exactly the same. They both do 3 damage for 1 cmc, and they both seem like auto-includes.
Assault Strobe- Honestly, I’m not sure how this card got printed at common. It doubles my wizard’s power for a turn, which usually wins me the game. Great card.
Thunderous Wrath- 5 damage for 1 mana is an amazing rate, and I think that in the right circumstances, this card can be a bomb, if not game winning. That’s a huge chunk of your opponent’s life, and with the amount of top deck manipulation in this deck: Sage of Epityr, Ponder, we have no trouble miracling it.
Gitaxian Probe- This card is banned in several formats, it so good. It provides essential information about an opponent’s hand, and lets you draw a card, all the while being a free prowess trigger when you’re tapped out on mana.
Ponder- One of the best cantrips there is. Helps you control Wraths, find Lands, and more. Auto-Include in this deck.
Stream of Unconsciousness- The final card in our spell base. It really helps with combat math (making our opponent’s flying or reach creatures smaller), and lets you draw a card. And, you know, if you ever really wanted to rub it in someone’s face how much you beat them, you could play it on your own creature and still win.
