In essence, this deck is about playing out your various rebels and using Training Grounds to make the rebel abilities cheaper. In addition, one can use the Rebel ability to put Bound in Silence into play and quickly prevent a newly summoned creature or similar from attacking.

Also, with Outrider en-Kor + Task Force you can easily get a creature with very high toughness, in case something with a lot of power and trample attacks.
