Gotta love the cats! unfortunately, I don't see how you expect to win without drawing an Ajani. I think nevermore needs to be a sideboard card in all honesty, because game 1 you will have no clue what they are playing. Since you are making a budget deck (which I am a huge fan of, by the way) I would suggest play testing against other, more expensive decks. I also have a budget deck, which I will be posting soon if you want to take a look.

Ethereal Armor, and really it isnt really hard to guess after round one, the only thing im worried about are enchantment hate and sweepers. its not really hard to tell from what mana your opponent might have

i could see Nevermore having a better place in the side board. its especially useful when you find out someone is playing a Merciless Eviction and you can name it before they can even play it

also, Gift of Orzhova could replace it main board, since you will get the advantage of evasion and lifelink out it

I love cat decks, but right now in standard the cat creature pickings are pretty sparse. Ajani's Pridemate would've been perfect. :P I've always liked the art illustrations of Healer of the Pride and Ajani's Sunstriker. Glad to see them getting put to good use here, +1 for kitties!

well what do you think? what should i do, i always liked my t1 Trained Caracal, then a t2 Divine Favor and attack for a gain for five total life on round two, but do you think Honor is more worth it???

Really it wasn't Divine Favor's slot I would have put Honor of the Pure in.. I gotta side with whats already been mentioned, I would put it in place of Nevermore. But don't let peoples opinions push you into making a change you don't want. You could playtest it, though.

i want Honor of the Pure for sure. I pretty much breath standard, which is why i love the idea of Nevermore mainboard because theres only so many combos that do really well in standard, atleast until Dragon's Maze comes out

I've main decked Nevermore on occasion. Its not a bad idea, espescially if you have a pretty good idea what you're up against. Its very metagame, but if you have more than 2 you'll probably draw it when you already have one or you can't think of something to use it on. Mostly, I'd say counterspells are more effective, except for the spells that can't be countered.

Seems pretty good for a budget deck. I would put in one or two Gift of Orzhova , to have a Ajani, Caller of the Pride like effect, since it is by far the best card in the deck.

Oh, also forgot about Brave the Elements , it would be absurd in this deck. I mean it can protect you vs board wipes (your deck's biggest weakness) or make all your creatures almost unblockable.

You, sir, are a genius. I love the idea of death by adorable cats. I kind of want to go to FNM before rotation and try this out. No one will expect mono white cats. Bravo.

Maaaaaybe a Door of Destinies ?I know it's only when you cast from your hand... but it gives you potential to be pumping out larger cat tokens.

I think you seriously need Auramancer . It's not a cat, but still. you have tons of enchantments and at least 1-3 would be good.

i know its not a kitty cat... but i think this card Angelic Accord would do pretty nicely with your life linkers, Path of Bravery , Healer of the Pride and Ajani's Chosen ... another awsome win con aswell

If you're going to run Ethereal Armor , it might be a good idea to throw in Sphere of Safety .
