Shared Animosity seems like it could have a place in an agro tribal setting like this.

I would approve if there was something that actually helped you by using cats, not just for flavor reasons.

Instead of fleetfoot panther, check out a cat called Qasali Ambusher. It's an interesting creature.

maybe 3 Knight of the Reliquary rather than brimaz? He have nice synergy with Steppe Lynx. I know u are trying to do "Cat Tribal", but Knight is rly good...

I've built a deck that also involves playtime with kittens, and, after working with it, here are some suggestions:

1.) Choke (sideboard) - A lot of decks (and I mean a LOT) that I played against where I lived were Grixis or Temur and very heavy on shocklands that had blue in them. Choke helps to neuter a lot of their manabase, not to mention it comes in rather quickly.

2.) Rest in Peace/Relic of Progenitus (sideboard/mainboard): Graveyard shenanigans are everywhere, especially Tasigur, Snapcaster, and reanimator builds. This helps deal with those issues.

3.) Deflecting Palm (mainboard/sideboard): I run Palms because of the tendency for more than a few decks to run single-shot kills, like flying tentacle monsters. It also gets around hexproof, which is fairly important and useful.

4.) Qasali Ambusher (mainboard): Kills Kira, kills Insectile Aberration, and kills a lot of nasty things. Plus, with your fetches, you can pop it out turn 1.

Also, I might replace one of your Plains with another Temple Garden.
