So I am updating my previous Waste Not discard deck by throwing in a splash of Red and putting in some DTK cards. I know from its previous mono-black form that this deck can be seriously nasty so throwing in a splash of red just makes it double the trouble.

The main concept is simple - get Waste Not out and start making your opponents hand turn to nothingness to populate your own hand and create zombies!

Obviously this deck is full of discard cards including Thoughtseize, Mind Rot , Tormented Thoughts and of corse Dark Deal. This is going to heavily help you populate the field. And if you don't have your Waste Not out, don't fret, making your opponent discard is always beneficial anyway.

So onto the creatures Black Cat is your early play critter and honestly its there to chop block attacks as its affect is really the desired play (making a discard RANDOM is crazy beneficial). Most of the creatures are going to spawn from Waste Not so to make them crazy scary there are a few Risen Executioner in the deck which works well because you can just keep bringing him back. Finally the reason for splash is Dragonlord Kolaghan. Once he is out, in competitive play where duplicates are common, its a serious hinderance for the opponent with so many cards in their graveyard.

Now to win, there is of corse Dragonlord Kolaghan but also a few Empty the Pits which can once again turn seriously ugly for your opponent very fast.

Of corse there are some removal in the off chance your opponent was able to get enough mana out early on and is drawing the needed critters. This includes Hero's Downfall, Kolaghan's Command, and Ultimate Price.

Finally a few Endless Obedience are in the deck to make your opponents graveyard into a personal recruitment facility.

So really fast here are some mock ups of the perfect starts:

Turn 1: Swamp + Thoughtseize

Turn 2: Swamp + Waste Not

Turn 3: Swamp + Dark Deal

Turn 4: Swamp + Empty the Pits

Luckily though this deck can handle if that perfect start doesn't go as planned. And thats the beauty of it.
