Hey man glad to hear it! Mind if I ask what components you liked?

It's about the whole concept in discarding card's to make alot of tokens, when you are using Waste Not, with any of your discard card's like Mind Rot.

There is just no way that I'm not seeing Thoughtseize in this deck.

This deck wants Liliana Vess in my opinion. Constant discard, fetches for more discard, and after they have discarded all the discard, you get to bring back all of their creatures

You two are quite correct. I had wanted to put them into the original deck but only excluded them for financial reasons (Thoughtseize) and the group I play has biases against planeswalkers (Liliana Vess).
Though they have been added! And a note of correction in the description. Thanks kindly.

Oh man oh man do I love blue/black discard in modern, and this gave me ideas.
+1, check out my Budget Standard Monoblue Devotion

I like the idea, but I think it could be cleaned up some.
I would remove: 2x Asphyxiate, 2x Necromancer's Stockpile and 2x Altar of the Brood.
I would then add: 4x Murderous Cut and 2x Rakshasa's Secret
I would also probably get an actual sideboard with cards like Bile Blight, Pharika's Cure, Dark Betrayal and Silence the Believers. (Maybe Crux of Fate after FRF comes out).

Hey Harook, I like some of your side board suggestions. I'm not crazy on dropping Altar of the Brood for personal reasons (and I like how it combos with Endless Obedience). But I appreciate the advice as always and do like Rakshasa's Secret. I did consider Murderous Cut and chose Asphyxiate over it because I want as much of the graveyard used with Empty the Pits for a game ender. But Its still a solid card so It will go in the sideboard. Thanks again!
