Compliments of Lab Maniac Dan. Added Purphoros to have another line without Scepter. In order to keep the budget "low", this deck can't really be considered cEDH. However, I can actually play this at 75% tables and not feel like I'm kicking puppies.

edit: The Paradox Engine ban hurt the backup wincon for this deck. I'd won twice using Skullclamp and then casting whatever to get my mana untapped. It was like storming off and eventually winning with Locust beats on the same turn. I'd also won with Purphoros and just drawing cards. People really hated out the actual Scepter combo.

Vandalblast is on loan to another deck until I acquire another.
