This cEDH Kinnan deck plans to make infinite mana with Freed from the Real and any mana dork that can make both blue and green mana and yields at least 2 mana. You then activate Kinnan's ability until you hit Thrasios where you can pump your infinite mana into drawing your whole library and placing several lands onto the field. Then, cast Thassa's Oracle and win the game.

Alternatively, you can tutor for Isochron Scepter and Narset's Reversal to generate infinite mana and go through the same loop.

Basalt Monolith also goes infinite by itself as long as Kinnan is on the field. You can then run any kind to tutor for either Chord of Calling or Green Sun's Zentih for Thrasios. With infinite colorless Mana, you can draw your whole deck and when the game in numerous ways.

Basalt Monolith for infinite colorless also works well with Astral Cornucopia. You can produce functionally infinite Mana of either green or blue.

Basalt Monolith with Staff of Domination also allows you to draw your deck and win the game with Thassa's Oracle or any other of several win conditions.

Worse comes to worst, you can just spam out huge creatures and buff them with either or Finale of Devastation for a large X cost and win through combat damage.
