Hello there!

This is my first time posting a deck tailed for CEDH, since I normally post decks I make on paper or have previously made on paper. I don't really have a playgroup that plays it but I've been interested in it and I find it real fun and interesting to watch. Unfortunately I can't see myself playing this often but I have this if I ever find people playing CEDH in the future (And when things go back to normal).

So here it is, Kydele/Vial Smasher! I made this even know I know Thrasios is better for the Seedborn Muse plan to get lots of value, but I just wanted to start with this. I might even change it later, who knows. I just like Kydele since she rewards you for drawing cards.

This deck is meant to use Kydele as a mana dork to help cast cards we draw from our draw spells, and eventually use her as a win condition with Staff of Domination or Walking Ballista. She is excellent with Wheels, Brainstorm, Painful Truths, and definitely Sylvan Library, which is an excellent card by itself and it probably is the best card in the deck for the Kydele part of the gameplan.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to do a Curiosity gameplan for Vial Smasher, but I thought it'd be neat to put one in. I think it'd have a good amount of value and I might put in Ophidian Eye as well when I get one.

Primary ways to win include Underworld Breach, Lion's Eye Diamond and a wheel effect (Will probably need Brainfreeze but I don't own one), Staff of Domination into Walking Ballista, or Oracale/Jace with Demonic Consultation. This is a proactive deck meant to go for a win or prevent my opponents from winning while I find a wincon. I put in Oko and Gilded Drake in because their abilities affect enemy commanders greatly and sometimes that can derail an entire gameplan for someone (I know it would for me) which is definitely a weakness for this deck but hopefully the countermagic will help prevent that from happening sometimes.

I thought about Tymna being the other commander for Kydele and I'm still conflicted about it. Tymna helps draw cards in a more direct way than Kydele though I would need to put more mana dorks in, and I would also lose out on playing cards like Underworld Breach and Wheel of Fortune, while gaining cards like Smothering Tithe and Silence in the mix. Maybe I could play a hatebears version with Thalia and Hushbringer as well as others to have a more disruptive gameplan as well, which would be interesting.

Cards in my maybeboard are for stuff I don't own but want to put in the deck or might put in. Bazaar is hit and miss, and really expensive so I don't think I'll be going after that one for a while.

Let me know what you think, I appreciate help with this and feedback. I'm new to this sphere so bear with me. CEDH has interested me and it seems like it'd be a good time with the right people! I've done lots of research because it's very interesting but gameplay experience is an entirely different manner. Talking to people who play it too would also be nice as they can provide some cool insights as well.

First Edit: Took out Gilded Drake and Oko for Narset and Notion Theif. This change was made because though Gilded Drake and Oko are good at disrupting commanders, Narset and Notion Theif are better at derailing more opponent's game plan by denying them of advancing resources with their card draw/card advantage and work well in the deck since they pair well with wheels.
