The goal is to cast Ad Nauseam as quickly as possible. Then you win with either Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation / Tainted Pact.

If someone stops the Thassa's Oracle win somehow (via Angel's Grace, a preemptive Praetor's Grasp, or similar), then you can do a convoluted line with Isochron Scepter to win the game in a different way.

1. Cast Isochron Scepter, imprinting Dramatic Reversal. With 2 colorless mana and a mana rock that produces any color, you have infinite mana of each color.

2. Cast Copy Artifact, copying Isochron Scepter, imprinting Assassin's Trophy. Destroy all opposing permanents by tapping the Assassin's Trophy Scepter and untapping with the Dramatic Reversal Scepter. Eventually they will run out of basic lands and have no permanents in play.

3. Cast Chain of Vapor targeting Copy Artifact, then replay it copying Isochron Scepter again, imprinting Swan Song. Cast any spell that Swan Song could counter, then tap the Swan Song Scepter to cast Swan Song targeting that spell. Then use the Dramatic Reversal Scepter to untap both Isochron Scepters, and counter the original Swan Song with a second Swan Song. Rinse and repeat to create an arbitrarily large amount of Swan tokens. You will pass the turn to opponents who have no mana, and you can scuplt a hand with 7 counterspells in it, or respond to any spell by activating Thrasios to find interaction, ensuring that you make it to your next turn to win with combat damage. To be very safe you could use Hullbreacher or Nothion Thief with Windfall or Timetwister to clean out your opponents hands also before you pass the turn.
