Ramp early, play some stax pieces on your way to resolving Urza, and take over the game with asymmetrical advantage thanks to the tap ability granted by urza to things like winter orb, trinisphere and static orb. Infinite mana via three or four different combos (Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter // power artifact + basalt/grim monolith // Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth )into infinite activations of urza's ability and either thassa's oracle, or lab maniac // jace and any draw spell ends the game in your favor. You can also lock opponents out with Karn, the Great Creator + Mycosynth Lattice .

A few flex slots or meta slots are present here, but it doesn't bring the power level down too much.
