A bit of an unconventional cEDH deck, but I think it has legs.

Necropotence will typically be your first search. This will allow you to find your main win con in Thassa's Oracle, and either Tainted Pact, or Demonic Consultation.

This could also be followed up with Empyrial Armor to swing, and kill someone with the cards drawn in the next turn. Could be a beatdown strat if you miss your combo, or you could swing to kill someone you suspect might have removal, and then proceed to combo in your second main.

Another option is casting Walking Ballista, then swinging with Zur, getting Heliod, Sun-Crowned, and going infinite

Can also cast Helm of Obedience, then tutor Rest in Peace with Zur, and kill one person

Lots of control options also in the deck to answer problems as they come up

Empyrial Armor + Reliquary Tower + Spellbook Package is one thing to consider to knock a player out after Necro, and the ability to hold onto a big necro the first time through

Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter + Shimmer Myr + Rain of Filth is another package to consider if you want to go more turbo, and just go balls deep on the first necro and try to get enough mana to win
