Looking for a budget friendly deck that's powerful? Here's your chance to obliterate almost every nonland permanent with CMC 8 or less on every turn. It's simple, use Celestial Kirin and cast spirits and/or arcane spells. Of course, this also affects your own permanents, so this takes a bit of strategy. For example, Kami of False Hope will die when you cast a 1 drop spirit or arcane, so activate its sacrifice ability before Celestial Kirin takes it out.

You'll be putting a lot of spirits in the graveyard. Cards like Hundred-Talon Kami , Torii Watchward , Kami of the Palace Fields , Kami of the Honored Dead , and Moonlit Strider will keep your hand filled.

Protect Celestial Kirin with Cloak and Dagger, Mask of Avacyn , Swiftfoot Boots, Favorable Destiny , Holy Mantle, Indestructibility, Pentarch Ward, and Unquestioned Authority.
