I'm working on a more medium power deck that I can just pull out and have fun with at lower casual tables, and I had the idea to do Chainer, Nightmare Adept as a dragon tribal! This deck is pretty Timmy, but I still expect that it could pull off some fun plays. I've never seen a RB dragon tribal before, so this is a list largely built from my own search for the best Rakdos dragons. Of course, not every single creature in this deck is a dragon, because some offer too much utility to pass up.
