This is my shot at a 90% Chainer list. The deck functions as a Re-animator/Combo build, with several Doomsday suites as a back-up in case I lose a piece of one set before i can pull Doomsday, and a strong wish board to pull out of otherwise tough situations. The primary function is to control the board and/or tutor for relevant answers, then set up a combo. In the mean time, Chainer has amazing synergy with creatures that have powerful ETB effects, like Gray Merchant, Solemn Simulacrum, Fleshbag Marauder, etc. I've attempted to counter the biggest weakness of Chainer by running multiple sac outlets, which via tutoring and Doomsday, can also act as combo pieces to end the game.

The Combos

The heart of winning with this deck, I'm going to skip most that rely on Chainer's ability, as any ETB or death trigger plus a sac outlet is a given.

Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank A quick kill, but requires a bit of work. This is one of the only combos that can't be set up by Doomsday. Holding the Mindcrank until the Ascension activates will usually lead to a quick end to the game... the first time you try it, anyway. Use sparingly.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion You know this one. It's the core of a Doomsday stack, but can also be quickly assembled via tutors and Chainer, especially if you let one piece settle in the grave for a bit, drop the second, and reanimate when your opponents are tapped out/vulnerable.

Chainer, Dementia Master + Kokusho, the Evening Star + sac outletThis one also works with Gary, and sets up a very brutal drain on your opponents. This one is great as it nets you positive life to make up for Chainer sucking it out of you. snicker

Cabal Coffers + Deserted Temple This is... so... much... mana... (bonus points for adding an Urborg)

Doomsday Stacks

Listing these separate as they play such a big role alongside the other combos. Easy to plan, hard to execute properly. You are paying at least half your life to pull these off, in some cases three-quarters. When you cast this card, BE SURE YOU CAN FINISH IT. Always put the draw spell on top guys.

Moonlight Bargain+Reassembling Skeleton+Victimize+Mikaeus, the Unhallowed+Triskelion

 Cost: 1/2 your life + 2, 10 Mana

With the bargain, pay two life to keep the Victimize in hand, seed the grave with the rest. Reassemble the skeleton, cast Victimize, and bring out Mike and Trike. With this one, always make sure to aim 2 of the damage back at Trike to kill it so it can come back from Mike granting Undying

Infernal Contract+Phyrexian Altar+Gravecrawler+Carrion Feeder+Blood Artist

Cost: 3/4 of your life, 10 Mana

Land all of the creatures and the altar, sac Gravecrawler to the altar for , and recast it from the grave. All the death triggers from Blood Artist wins the game.

Infernal Contract+Ashnod's Altar+Reassembling Skeleton+Blood Artist+Initiates of the Ebon Hand

Cost: 3/4 of your life, 11 mana

Get the Altar and all creatures on the board. Sac the Skeleton to the Altar, filter one of the colorless through the Initiates, then reanimate the Skeleton with your new . Blood Artist kills 'em all.
