An EDH deck built around Goblin combos and abusing Chainer's haste clause.

Notable additions- Impulse draw, such as experimental frenzy allows you to abuse Chainer's haste ability, as the creatures are not cast from hand.

Wincons: Classic aristocrats using sac outlets such as sling-gang and siege-gang commanders alongside payoffs such as blood artist, pashalik mons. Also can win using skirk fire marshall Goblin tokens and impact tremors

Conspicuous Snoop combo - 1) Goblin recruiter into a pile of (in order) Conspicuous snoop, Krenko, skirk fire marshall.

2) With Chainer on the field, cast conspicuous snoop, with krenko revealed on top of the library, tap the snoop to create tokens.

3) Cast Krenko (which has haste thanks to chainer), tap Krenko to create even more tokens.

4) Now skirk fire marshall is on top of the deck activate its ability using conspicuous snoop, holding priority between activations, kill the board.
