Chandra, Fire-breathers Budget

The challenge

A Chandra deck for a budget challenge I'm doing with my friends. Here are the constraints:

Budget

- The entire deck (commander excluded) must be under $50.

- Each card within the deck (commander excluded) must be under $5.

The game

- My opponents will be playing the other flip walkers from Origins.

- We will play a 5-way star game, with the allied colors as our allies and the enemy colors as our enemies.

- In this instance, my allies will be green and black, while my enemies will be white and blue.

So far I'm planning on running burn spells supported by fire-breathing creatures and ways to prevent life gain. I know very little about what my enemies will be running, so I want to be prepared for anything.

Challenges of mono-red

I'm worried about the following challenges in mono-red:

Card draw

I plan to run as many wheels as I can in my colors and budgets.

Winning

Dealing enough damage to eat through 80 life (two enemies) will prove challenging. I think fire-breathing creatures should help me eat through this much life.

Enchantments

Red runs very little enchantment removal, while many enchantments may stop my strategy.

Eventually, this deck will be commanded by Heartless Hidetsugu.
