The second part in the Changing How Magic Plays series is here! The mechanic being changed this time is casting.

Knowledge Pool allows you to take full advantage of your opponents decks as well as create as much chaos as possible. Chaos is your friend as you take apart the fabric of society, or maybe just the your opponents board-state. Use Confusion in the Ranks , or Grip of Chaos to trip up your opponents. Be comforted by enchantments and artifacts that benefit you no matter who's board they are on such as: Font of Mythos, Eye of the Storm, Omen Machine, Possibility Storm, Teferi's Puzzle Box, and Wild Evocation to name a few.

This deck is an proof of concept, it is a gimmick and by no means competitive. The whole idea of the deck is to mulligan until you can get Knowledge Pool or one of the tutors for it. This is part two in an unknown amount of decks that will entirely change how the game is played. All parts of this series will be built around a card that drastically changes the rules of the game, and will have a deck that exploits those rule changes to their fullest.
