Got this off the Magic 2014 Video game. It's a mana ramp to get those big annihilator Eldrazi's out. The key to it is to get out Eye of Ugin and/or Elvish Piper as quickly as possible and then toss down some eldrazi's including It That Betrays so that you just take all your opponents non-token permanents. If your opponent has a ton of stuff out then you can play All Is Dust while you have It That Betrays out and then everything the had on the battlefield is practically yours.
