Chaos magic deck.

At the beginning of play, put the top card of the chaos deck in play. Before each untap step, roll a six sided die. If the roll ends in a 1 or 6, put the active chaos card in the chaos graveyard and put the top card of the chaos deck in play. Players may not respond to chaos cards.

If the active card is an enchantment or artifact, it stays in play like a normal enchantment and effects all players equally.

If the active card is a sorcery or instant, that card resolves immediately. If the active card involves making choices, the active player makes their choice first, followed by the other players in turn order. The effects involving those choices resolve simultaneously.
