The Following are the Rules of CHAOS alt. MTG:

Basic Rules: Each Player Starts W/ 10 Additional Life, Commander Mulligan Rules, If 2+ Headed Game Each 'Team' Starts W/ 10 Additional Life Per Player On Each Team (two headed starts w/ +20, 3 headed starts w/ +30, so on).

Hive Mind and Possibility Storm start the game on the battlefield under no specific player and cannot be removed in any way, Hive Mind will also trigger on any spell not just instants/sorceries. A copy of Maelstrom Nexus, Abundance, and Bitterblossom start under the control of each player so each player controls one copy of each and these enchantments cannot be removed or silenced in any way. Additionally, all players MUST use the effect of Abundance in place of ALL of their draws and you MUST cast the card from the 'Cascade' effect of Maelstrom Nexus. Player 1 starts with a copy of Act of Authority that cannot be removed or silenced in any way on his/her field which may additionally exile creatures and he/she MUST use it's ability only targeting the creatures/artifacts/enchantments of the player who's turn comes next (THIS INCLUDES YOURSELF IF YOU ARE NEXT!). If you cannot use the ability of Act of Authority you MUST instead give control of it to the player who's turn is next (for 2+ headed games, .
