The overall goal of this deck was to make something fun utilizing charge counters. It ended up using charge counters, proliferation, and some sneaky infect. It isn't very explosive and I would love some advice on improving the functionality without sacrificing the fun of a charge counter theme.

Good combinations/Win Conditions:

Infinite Mana: 'Isochron Scepter'(exiling 'Dramatic Reversal exiled') + Mana Rock/Rocks that can tap for 3 mana. Can be used with 'Walking Ballista' to win via damage or viral drake to infinitely proliferate.

Infinite Turns: Magistrate's Scepter + Charge counter producers. A Vedalkan Infuser, Coretapper, or Energy Chamber can be used to give the initial charge counter. This also works with any proliferate cards but will be one turn slower. There is also the chance of getting enough Planeswalkers with 'Ichormoon Gauntlet' to make multiple ultimates viable.

Infect: Using 'Prologue to Phyresis' or 'Walking Ballista' + 'Grafted Exoskeleton' allows for an unavoidable Poison counter spread. Proliferate from here.

P.S. Was thinking about the viability of adding more 'Token generation' theme.
