Drop your Plague Spitter and throw Charisma on it to get all your opponents creatures each turn. Curiosity and Ophidian Eye turn player damage into card advantage. Thrashing Wumpus provides a similar effect on a bigger body so that you can activate it more than once per turn without your creatures taking lethal damage. Drift of Phantasms, Dimir Machinations, and Perplex all let you transmute into the three drop cards you need for the combo, and provide secondary effects otherwise.
