Cast Urza, an artifact cost-reducer, then wheel, wheel, wheel, Mind's desire/Paradoxical Outcome, find Tidespout Tyrant and generate infinite mana, bounce everyone else's permanents, draw your whole deck, make a billion thopters and/or myr, wheel with Narset in play, pass the turn with counterspells and Cyclonic Rift in hand and your opponents have no hand and no permanents. Overkill.

Things that may seem "missing" but have been deliberately excluded:

• artifact tutors like Fabricate, Reshape - when playtesting I initially tried to aggressively search out the Dramatic Reversal/Isochron Scepter combo, but I found it a more consistent game plan to just naturally draw a wheel and storm off from there until you stumble across a win condition. This frees up deck slots for interactive cards like counterspells.

• Aetherflux Reservoir, Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries - the deck doesn't really need a win-condition - arguably you could also cut Tidespout Tyrant
