Tried to make a fast, cheap to put together deck. Something I could lend out to someone and if they rip the cards to pieces and set them on fire, it won't set me back a fortune.

The idea for this deck is to get early creatures, bump them up with Madcap Skills or Dragon Mantle. Cards like , Rakdos Shred-Freak , and Burning-Tree Emissarry are decent creatures on their ow. Also, an overloaded Weapon Surge could be quite good for added punch, beefing up defenders, or slamming it home offensively....There is a little bit of burn for Shock and Lightning Strike, tried to keep that over Magma Jet, the scrying is nice, but I think the damage would be more useful elsewhere.

Lowered this to 60 cards, and the most expensive converted mana cost is 2. Basically, if you have 2 lands and a creature, you are good to go. If not, mulligan down till you do.

As for land, tried to stick to only basic land, but if someone wants to take it and improve it, 1 or 2 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx would be pretty good in it.
