My secondary competitive deck. Works well considering its jankiness. minimum of a turn 4 start. turn 5 or 6 win depending on which eldrazi you start going at it with. more or less just a fun deck to play when i dont feel like being a dick with storm. I'm currently making a competitive version that will work faster, so eventually i put a link to that here.

best early game plays:

• Turn 1: Temple of Mystery

• Turn 2: land, any shapeshifter

• Turn 3: land, Descendants' Path

• Turn 4: crack a Mystic Speculation just before you draw to order the top 3 cards so you may get an eldrazi from the Descendants' Path activation

• Turn 5: swing with eldrazi, and continue process

Mainboard:

• Impromptu Raid is used to get any creatures scry'd to the top of the deck out. they at least get haste and can be very helpful rather than delaying a turn for summoning sickness.

• scry me a river (greatest pun ive ever used tbh) using Augury Owl , and Mystic Speculation, to actually put those eldrazi on top for the first and second combo to actually work.

• shapeshifters are basically used to be part eldrazi in the Descendants' Path combo, and get an eldrazi out without doing a lot of crazy moves in which you may forget to do.

• Mystic Speculation, can essentially be an eternal scry 3 if you pay another 2, which is good mid game (mid being turn 4). so it can be very very helpful

• Quicksilver Amulet is the go to card for when you accidentally draw eldrazi. you cast them for 4 instead of 8+ mana, it can be very handy, and if you dont draw any of the combo cards, then this just delays eldrazi till turn 5, which doesn't make as much of a difference (however i would like to be able to punch them in the face earlier)

Sideboard:

• Spell Pierce, Dispel and Mana Leak are easily swappable so that you can start countering early on in the game against aggro decks.

• Whelming Wave is also swappable for turn 4 or over where if there is an aggro deck or token swarmer, that way the shapeshifters stay, but everything else is wiped. this is preferable only if you haven't got an eldrazi out.

Cost

its only meantto be a janky fun deck. there is a mild price spike to it, but it can be done for less that $100 if you remove big eldrazi and shock lands. so i wouldnt recommend expensive cards cause i cant afford them.
