Overview

New additions from M19 make this strat legal in modern. The goal of the deck is to take infinite turns withMagistrate's Scepter asap and just run away with the game that way. The deck runs Last Breath as removal 5 & 6 since opponent's lifegain doesn't impact an infinite amount of turns, but it could be replaced with Seal Away, Vapor Snag, or something similar.

The "One-of"s

Golem Foundry and Akroan Horse are the win conditions, Darksteel Citadel is there so Fabricate can target a land, Elixir of Immortality prevents decking oneself, Hope of Ghirapur ensures your combo pieces can enter, and Trading Post is a nice engine for recycling resources. In the side, Pride of the Clouds and Mechanized Production are alternate win conditions.

The Game Plan

Get down 3 of Coretapper, Surge Node, or Energy Chamber and Magistrate's Scepter, then get 3 charge counters on Scepter and pop it. It's not always necessary to fully complete the combo, since with the right cards or some extra time putting counters onto Scepter, you might be able to take enough turns consecutively to find whatever piece you were missing
