The basic point of this deck is to pump up my Managorger Hydra and Hangarback Walkers with hardened scales, with the likes of Deathmist Raptor and Den Protector supporting the pump. Siege Rhino because why not.

I was thinking of cutting in 2x Drana, Liberator of Malakir but 1) I don't think it's as economical as Avatar of the Resolute and 2) I'm not really liking the BB cost as my deck is pretty light on B sources as it is.

I've had a few test games which have been successful against previous decks but I'm not sure if it really works - or if it can be improved any further. Any help would be appreciated!

Update: decided to cut black out since I had a few games - Den Protector and Deathmist Raptor combo much nicer with the Hardened Scales AND Avatar of the Resolute who can easily be 4/3 or 5/4 with the right creatures out with hardened scales. All for GG!

Now that I'm down to two colors I'm also considering swapping out Beastcaller Savant with Servant of the Scale , since I don't have a 1-drop and it also works nicely with the avatars.
