Okay, on the surface this is not too complicated. One third of the cards are lands.One third of the cards are 1/1 flying spirit makers .One third of the cards buff said spirits.

To boost the power of lingering souls to absurd I needed to splash black. To do this I needed something incredible and that thing is Ghost Quarter. I run a lot of lands to make tri color work on a budget. At the start of the game it can grant a colorless for Souls or any of the two drop boosts. Then around 4-6 I start to get mana flooded and Ghost Quarter can give the swamp needed for two extra 1/1 tokens. Except they are not just 1/1 tokens, they are 3/3 tokens with flying and vigilance.

Don't throw away spirits early if you can avoid it. Some times you need to shut something down but the more that live to mid game the better.

Dungeon Geists is there for some removal that also gains boosts from Drogskol and Favorable Winds.
