This deck is suddenly a lot worse than when I was looking at it two weeks ago. Now, all it does is gain life instead of actually winning games. What happened? Until this deck looks good again I'm going to have to remove my +1.

Also, phlunk, a turn 4 6/6 with lifelink is absolutely not tough to deal with. I don't know if you play any standard or competitive formats, but turn 3 Polukranos isn't even hard to deal with, much less a creature that comes down a turn later, doesn't have built-in chump blocker removal, and relies on multiple other weak cards to synergize into a still-weak threat. There's like ten removal spells in standard that remove your only threat before it becomes a threat or even after, leaving you with a piss-poor board state.

Sultai Charm Abzan Charm Mardu Charm Hero's Downfall Ulcerate Drown in Sorrow Lightning Strike Stoke the Flames Suppression Field Banishing Light Crackling Doom Utter End Silence the Believers Magma Jet Anger of the Gods

Those are just the premium removal spells that people will run 4-10 of in any competitive deck, more in control decks. This deck in its current incarnation simply folds to any other competitive deck. There's nearly no evasion (only Feat of Resistance ), way too few lands to ever use Wall of Limbs for anything good, yadda yadda.

This deck needs a lot of improvement before I can endorse it again, which saddens me because I've previously spent a lot of time playtesting it and giving suggestions and at one point it looked pretty competitive.

Lots of different direction have been suggested and left it on shambles I admit I need to take the deck back to bones and rework a thank you for the slap.

Is there a different deck you've been working on? I'd be happy to unsubscribe to this one and look at a different one - it's not fair for me to use my most critical eye on a deck you haven't been working on! I don't mean to be offensive, I just like to workshop decks into killing machines and it's hard to do that without questioning individual card choices.

PORNITHOPTER twinning and skulkingscales I think I have this one back from critical. My apologies poor experience at pres left me rattled and brewwild. As always suggestions appreciated.

I would substitute scry and pain lands for the lifegain lands. Like Temple of Plenty for Blossoming Sands and Caves of Koilos instead of Scoured Barrens. Maybe swap out Ajani's Pridemate for Lagonna-Band Elder for more heroic effect.
