Variation on my Mono Blue deck. Std Mono-Blue controlled devotion

The splash of black gives it more removal options, making it rely less on counters, and therefore more agressive. (less need to hold back mana for that counter)

Would love to add more Master of Waves, but they're a bit too expensive :(

Favorite combo remains AEtherspouts + Bident of Thassa , topped off with library shuffle by Vortex Elemental
