Chord of Calling

Casual

Lief098

The main plan of this deck is to use one of two chains, a Birthing Pod chain or a Chord of Calling chain, to create an unstoppable board position that gives you the ability to continually reuse enters/leaves the battlefield for very little mana apiece and make a billion copies of your strongest creatures. The chains are as follows:

Chord of Calling:
-Cast Chord for X=3, get Eternal Witness, return Chord to hand.
-Cast Chord for X=5, get Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, copy Eternal Witness, return Chord to hand.
-Cast Chord for X=5, get Seedborn Muse.
-Proceed to Chord on every player's turn.

Birthing Pod:
-Chain into a 4-drop, preferably Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or Elvish Piper.
-Pod the 4-drop into Reveillark.
-Pod Reveillark into Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, returning the 4-drop to the battlefield.
-Pod the 4-drop into Ghave, Guru of Spores, returning the 4-drop to the battlefield with undying.
-Proceed to reuse enter/leave the battlefield effects for 2 mana apiece with Ghave + Mikaeus.

Practically every card in the deck is a combo piece of some kind, but listing all the combos would take up too much space. There's not a single infinite combo, though, because I don't enjoy playing with them. My goal with this deck was to make the most ridiculous, fun, and synergistic deck I could, and I would call the final product a great success.

Updates Add

Added few new things from Return to Ravnica, but had to change the Birthing Pod chain because I swapped out Heartmender for Trostani. I still can't decide whether I should use Armada Wurm or Worldspine Wurm as my token finisher.
