You've never seen anything like this before.
This deck not only utilizes all five colors of Magic: The Gathering, but it also uses some cards that are just plain ridiculous. However, they all have their reasons.
This deck is constructed within the shell of the increasingly popular Mono-Green Constellations deck. This shell however is mostly for draw power, for the real point of the deck lies between
Kruphix, God of Horizons
and Chromatic Lantern.
Kruphix, God of Horizons
- Crazy powerful in this deck. Allows my mana to populate quite fast and make some crazy casts with X cost spells.
Chromatic Lantern- Turns all of my lands into any color, so I can cast some pretty crazy shenanigans thanks to this bad boy. Also adds one to my mana pool of any color, VALUE!
Prophet of Kruphix- Basically a Seedborn Muse times ten, ridiculous card, aids me in getting more mana.
Courser of Kruphix- Where have you been? It's the best card in standard...
Eidolon of Blossoms- Gives this deck crazy card advantage, absolute beast of a card.
Voyaging Satyr- Untaps nykthos for EVEN MORE mana.
Okay so that's the kind of typical stuff, but what the hell are these doing in here...? Well, with all of this colorless mana i'm generating, I have to sink it into something!
Rakdos's Return
- If I feel like burning someone to death, Rakdos's Return becomes an easy OTK
Sphinx's Revelation- If I feel like drawing some cards and gaining some life, it looks like i'll be taking the road to revelation!
Biomass Mutation- If I want a total beatdown, I can just turn my mana dorks into 20/20 big dudes for the win.
Mana Bloom- You may be thinking to yourself, "sinking your mana into a card for more mana? WTF?" Actually, mana bloom is being cast for Zero in this deck. In tandem with Eidolon of Blossoms I can essentially use this card to draw off of Eidolon each turn, then return it to my hand. Thanks to BBD for the idea!
Hydra Broodmaster- Want a super fun, super huge creature that makes little (enormous) babies? Then this is the right place to be. This card is crazy in this deck, and has a ton of potential.
The Sideboard - This sideboard essentially turns the deck into a G/B constellation deck. If you're having trouble against an opponent and just want to eliminate all of the shenanigans, simply side in the Brain Maggot,
Doomwake Giant
, and whatever other cards will help along the way, and just totally go ham.
Well, that's basically the deck. Trust me, this thing will not only give you the time of your life, but the look on your opponents face when you Rakdos's Return them for 50 is quite priceless. Enjoy, and make sure you rate the deck!
