Probably my favorite deck currently. About halfway to its final iteration I would say.

Win-cons: Craterhoof Behemoth, Laboratory Maniac

Plan: Ramp into Chulane. Begin generating Net-positive mana and card draw.

Important engines:

  1. Abundance - Allows us to filter our Chulane triggers each time and enable his ramp.

  2. Shrieking Drake - The single most important creature. Happens to allow Chulane to rinse and repeat very easily in one turn. Almost all you need is Chulane and this creature in many cases. Pairs for a combo to draw the deck with Earthcraft and an Island as long as Chulane is in play.

  3. Concordant Crossroads - Enable us to mana dork immediately and help us continue to play spells.

  4. Intruder Alarm - Ideally used with Concordant Crossroads to generate critical mass by untapping mana dorks each time we play creatures.

  5. Beast Whisperer - Additional draws allow us to ensure we get lands and ramp off Chulane.

  6. Panharmonicon - Insane value with Chulane and the Drake. Easily allows us to double triggers and even do some lines of play with Mulldrifter that are nuts. This is especially relevant to go mana-positive with Intruder Alarm triggers with mana dorks.

  7. Tatyova, Benthic Druid - The life gain is very relevant, but the draws she pairs with Chulane are insane especially with Beast Whisperer online.

  8. Lotus Cobra - Helps us in tight situations where we aren't quite getting enough mana from mana dorks and have a lot of lands. Tireless Provisioner is an upgraded version of this and worth the redundancy as its mana sources stick around.

  9. Deadeye Navigator - Swiss Army Knife that gives us infinite mana with Peregrine Drake and sometimes Faeburrow Elder. Can do much more depending on situations with Intruder Alarm, Fiend Hunter, Mystic Snake, Karmic Guide, Giver of Runes, Uro, and even Craterhoof Behemoth. Pairs incredibly well with Panharmonicon.

The following are cards I almost certainly plan to slot into the deck, but do not own yet:

Potential cuts:

  1. Mangara of Corondor <-- Awesome removal combo, but too slow without haste-enabler

I do not personally think cutting Vizier of the Menagerie is best only because it can allow us to dig for a creature and fix mana, even allowing us to abuse Jeweled Lotus as a Black Lotus and get around the mana restriction.
