Chulane is an old bag who likes to do it to himself. Endless long turns, draws and triggers.... Mercy for the spectator or opponent. Thassa's Oracle and Jace are the parachute if there are no cards left in the deck. This deck does not play an overrun effect, because the opponent should suffer or surrender from long boredom. The goal is to get control of the board and save Chulane until the next step. Once Chulane survives more than two turns, the game is pretty much over.
