Chulane Cheerios, the name of the game is solitaire friends. With this build you are looking to abuse Chulanes ability by spamming out low cost or repeat cast creatures in order to either win by drawing your deck, exploding your board with creatures, or pumping all the small creatures you have and swinging in.

Using Incubation druid and Vigean Graftmage you can produce as much mana as you need to either draw your deck with Folio or Spectral Sailor and play Thassa's oracle or use Cliffside Lookout to make your creatures insanely large. You can also use Midnight Guard and Presence of Gond to fill your board with tokens, this mixed with Marwyn can make her generate as much green mana as you like and also add a soul warden for a sky high life total. So basically you are looking for pieces to a puzzle and once you have them you can go nuts.

Use cards like Greenbelt Rampager and Whitemane Lion to cast and return themselves to your hand so you can keep setting off Chulanes ability.

Sporemound and Rampaging Baloths allow for lots of tokens to keep your board steady while Retreat to Kazandu and Evolution Sage will allow you to make your army of small creatures scary. You can also use counters and cards like Deafening Silence to slow opponents down while you get set up.

Chulane is very fun to play but make sure to check with your playgroup before doing so. Solitaire style decks can be unfavorable if played too often as it isnt uncommon for you to have 10 - 20 minute explosive turns with decks like this and Jhoira. That being said, it doesnt take much to make Chulane go off, this deck is a blast I have a version as one of my own personal collection. Give him a try!
