My budget take on a Norin EDH. It's obvious that I chose to go with the budget version of some spells here (like Wheel of Fate), but this is all I got. Any input would be appreciated. Now, onto it's actual description:

Hear ye! Hear ye! Peasants, nobles, heirarchs and the like! The God-King Norin will now begin his royal decree!

"Good day to you, my loyal subjects. My apostle, Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded, has shown me the wonders of a world with only one color. Red. That's right, Red. The color of anger, of passion, of-"

The window of the throne room opens from a strong gust of wind, forcing Norin to hide out of fear.

"Ahem" .

The God-King comes out from behind his throne.

"My point is that I wish to share with all of you the announcement of the CHURCH OF THE WARY. That's right. Those that wish to rise above their lowly sects of Spike and Timmy playstyles are welcome to my church, to my home."

Purphoros, God of the Forge walks into the throne room, with Norin hiding behind his throne again. The people begin whispering.

"SILENCE!"

Norin comes out of hiding. Purphoros Swings his hammer, hitting all of the people inside the throne room.

"My apologies. My associate here can't help but hurt everyone in the room when me or my followers walk in. Now, I would like to explain how things work in the CHURCH OF THE WARY:"

"As mentioned before, whenever I, Norin the Wary, or my associates make a grand entrance, Purphoros, God of the Forge is sure to make everyone know that we are here. If all goes well, my Genesis Chamber, can help solve a battle even faster."

"When the stars align, Purphoros abilties may manifest even without his mighty presence in the form of Warstorm Surge , or even in Pandemonium."

"To make things go extra fast, we have the Dictate of the Twin Gods and Furnace of Rath to expedite a battle."

"Now, the citizens of my home country are primarily composed of Goblins. I have enlisted the help of Krenko, Mob Boss to round up the citizens when the need arises, and Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer to help protect my holy armaments."

"My home country is also very adept at the art of recycling. Bad cards? Turn your trash into treasure with Wild Guess, Faithless Looting, Tormenting Voice, or even my apostle, Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded himself! Our officers Rummaging Goblin and Mad Prophet will help you oversee your recycling needs."

"Now, I may not always be in battle with you, but with Confusion in the Ranks, I will always be by your side. Wish you could fight along Avacyn, Angle of Hope instead of against her? Worry not. I will face her when the time comes."

"But ser, how do we deal with the pesky Control players?" asked one of the people in the room.

"Hahahaha." Norin gives a mighty laugh. "Worry not. We have the miracles known as Pyroblast, Red Elemental Blast, Shunt , Wild Ricochet, and Reverberate to deal with them. Even our mighty Dualcaster Mage can deal with them. That reminds me..."

Norin looks out the window and sees a million Dualcaster Mages standing outside.

"Yes it appears they have taken a hold of the Twinflame again."

Feldon of the Third Path enters the room, bringing along his robotic Bearer of the Heavens. Norin gets startles and yet again hides behind his throne.

"I've done it! I've actually done it, ser!" exclaimed Feldon himself. "I've finally been able to recreate this giant of a man!" Feldon hits the giant's leg with his cane, causing an explosion that wipes out the castle, and everyone in it.

From the ashes, Norin stands up with his friend Purphoros.

"Our job her is done, pal."
