I finally am starting to make a decent standard deck. I am full-on Dimir in this deck with an emphasis on the cipher mechanic. I figured that Talrand would fit perfectly in this deck. Lazav also seems to be a good match. I have a few small changes to make as I get more cards, but it should not change much from this. I played a very rough version of this deck already, and it works well. I will play a couple games with the new revisions later, and make any adjustments as need be.
