Relatively typical cipher combo deck.

Cipher your spells onto creatures, use Ral Zarek, Aqueous Form, Hands of Binding, and Hidden Strings to try to ensure that your hits don't get blocked. Let those hits trigger Pyromancer and Guttersnipe for big wins. Exile un-needed cipher triggers to Nivmagus Elemental.

Deck is decidedly weak to direct removal and control. We can strategically mitigate this by spreading out our ciphers and Nivmagus Elemental makes it so that they can't counter our instants and sorceries for free. We use Mizzium Skin and counters as a cheap way to try to defend, but mostly we're just hoping we can get big combos off before the opponent can do anything about it. Two Pyromancers, a Nivmagus, and a few ciphers gets nasty in a hurry.

Last Thoughts and Divination to give us options. Mana curve is pretty fast, so we tend to blast our whole hand out pretty fast.
