One of my favorite decks to cause some grief with. Dimir doombringers! Cipher spells onto evasive critters to mill and draw power from the graveyard. Deck them to death or slap face!

Invisible Stalker makes the perfect target for cipher spell encoding as he gets in combat damage and avoids removal. Stacking multiple ciphers makes him scary quickly. Jace's Phantasm gets cipher triggers as well, and after a few mills, becomes a 5/5 flying one-drop!

If you don't mill the opponent for the win, Consuming Aberration and Wight of Precinct Six gain power from the cards you mill into your opponents graveyard. Essence Harvest then becomes an instant win condition with lifegain to boot.
