Didn't like this deck, so I scrapped it, now I'm using This deck is faster than Jimmy John's Delivery Guy and Lets Break Ciphers Izzet as sources for this current build.

The idea here is to get Nivmagus Elemental out on turn 1, then Invisible Stalker on turn 2. It's probably a good idea to mulligan if you don't have land (duh) or 1 of those 2 in your starting hand. After that, get ciphers on Invisible Stalker and eat the copies with Nivmagus Elemental for massive amounts of counters.

If you get Hidden Strings early, you can do a nice 2 spells for the price of one thing. But if the opponent gets wise and tries to remove Nivmagus Elemental, Bioshift the counters onto Invisible Stalker. However, if you know the opponent is lacking in easy removal, putting the ciphers on Nivmagus Elemental works too.

Guttersnipe is here to deal extra damage whenever you cast the cipher copies before you eat them with Nivmagus Elemental. Honestly though while using the playtest gimic on this site I've never had the chance to play him, so he might be a useless card that I should replace.

Curiosity and Think Twice are here to help draw the cards you need, though the latter can be used as snacks for Nivmagus Elemental if you're already set up you counter factory.

Dispel, Negate, Mizzium Skin protects you from any tricky stuff the opponent might try to pull. Tablet of the Guilds also keeps you safe by giving you life whenever you cast those lovely ciphers.

Ultimate Price is just some removal for yourself, since you never know what your opponent could pull out of their butt.
