Ghoulcaller's Bell seems better than codex shredder, as it hits everyone, not just a single opponent.

channelfireball12345: Thanks for your comment. In my opinion the mill/removal strategy is not the (main) way to win the game, because this strategy is way too slow. Therefor it isn't important to remove cards of each opponent at the same time. In addtion to say is that a control deck hardly wants to put any card from the library to the graveyard (except it's a not needed card). For example if any opponent has a game winning card like Craterhoof Behemoth on top, but my next card is a Mana Drain or an Ensnaring Bridge , then the Ghoulcaller's Bell is not really that helpful.

Hi thom-le! I am very impressed with your deck-list and designed my own list. Could you say what you think about it, about possible improvements and give some tips? Thank you! Lobotomist for dummies

Tiphus Thanks you! Your words means a lot for me. I've played my deck now for some time and give an update to this deck soon. For sure I'll take a look at your deck.

Hi, congratulations on the deck. Could you help me please? I play edh with a group where the main rule is that all creatures in the deck have to be the type of your commander. There can be no other type. I wonder if you could help me to trnasforfar your list in this type of deck?
Rules for the deck: Minimum of ten creatures. There can be no creature other than the type of its commander. (In this case my commander would be the Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, so I could use Humans and wizards, but I can be a zombie wizard, wizard etc as well as a human etc). I thank you for your attention.

FaiberJC Thank you, I really appreciate your comment. I would definitely go into the Wizard-tribal. In the section "Strategies" are already some ideas on how to play with wizards. Think of Naban, Dean of Iteration as a trigger for a additional effects.
The thing I'd work on is more on the Notion Thief + Whispering Madness -combo, working also with many other cards (Windfall, Day's Undoing, Teferi's Puzzle Box,...). Therefor think of Waste Not, Bone Miser or Words of Waste. Winning is possible with the Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank -combo.
