When I first looked at Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, he resembled a lot like the repo man from Repo! The Genetic Opera. Matter of fact, I could see Circu taking delight in removing parts of people's brains in such a catchy melody. I have always wanted to make this deck work and I would really appreciate any feedback received.
