Lazav is basically the captain of this ship, yet the deck is not built around him. He is good on his own without mill cards to supplement him. This deck follows a thievery theme and basically steals anything your opponents have that you want. This forces you to play very interactive games and not try to combo off or follow some linear strategy. Flavor and fun are more important here than winning or being degenerate; there is a time and a place for that kind of play and this is neither. For this reason please don't suggest underground sea, fetch lands, or leyline of the void to combo with helm of obedience. It is also somewhat budget, but suggestions are welcomed.
