Claim Thing Hex Fiend Fame

Modern* Aggro Combo Competitive UBR (Grixis)

Sideboard

The combo:

Thing in the Ice + Vampire Hexmage + Spell = Flipped Thing very quickly. Kiln Fiend Plus Claim / Fame = crazy power

Claim / Fame makes all your creatures in Dark Confidant, Snapcaster Mage , Thing in the Ice, Vampire Hexmage and Kiln Fiend be much more resilient and useful.

There's a bunch of removal, as it is needed in this meta.

the argument for hexmage:

The main proponent of that card in this deck is for the TitI combo, however, it is an amazing card. The fact it has first strike makes it relevant against a bunch of weenie decks, and it can be a huge pain in the ass against otherwise problematic decks like tron, where its ability can be used to kill planeswalkers.

So far I have had mild success with the deck, but I just brewed it not too long ago, and I think I need to get some more experience with it to see the lines it provides.

EDIT: removed a thing in the ice, a vampire hexmage, and a fatal push for 3x temur battle rage.

Updates Add

I removed the inquisition of Kozileks, the dark confidants, upped the snapcaster mages to 3, added mana leak, spell pierce, and spell snare.

I think dark confidant sways into the realm of paying life for advantage, and if you're gonna play that game, death's shadow is the way to go.
