Looks like it's shaping up well. At this point I think you just need to start playtesting it to try and find any holes. Like what happens when you don't have all the elements you need.

I suggest to add Basilisk Collar to equip Orcish Artillery , so with deathtouch you can kill any creature!

Timely Reinforcements would greatly improve your matchup against aggro.

I'm not entirely sure where exactly cuts should be made for Timely Reinforcements , it's quite possible you don't need a full 4 Orcish Artillery , or the full 4 on Manabarbs as both are extremely harmful if you don't have Personal Sanctuary out.

Personally, I'd put Mother of Runes insted of Order of the Stars . It is a cleric and you can protect the creature of your choice for the same cmc.

Path to Exile in sideboard (at least), cheaper (cmc) than Oblivion Ring for deck with a bunch of creatures.

Spellshock / Ankh of Mishra are not extremely good but they could be a nice addition in this type of deck.

Enratic: Yes, but theres also quite a bit of burn. I could also get lucky and win with Soltari Priest once I have locked down enough. Pyrohemia could be lethal if I have the mana and have Hedron-Field Purists out too. Thanks for your interest Enratic.

Your Welcome. I do like the idea of the Personal Sanctuary + Pyrohemia + Hedron-Field Purists + Manabarbs synergy. Maybe something like Stuffy Doll could work along with these cards. (if you do play stuffy then also try Pariah )

Curse of bloodletting would be great in this deck.
