My version of a control deck - just countering spells is a bit too easy - this deck gives the control player a lot of hoops to jump through and interaction to think about, and is a general blast to play. Cool combos come up more often than not when you have the power to change something as awkward as colour words, and doing things like Glamerdye + Llawan, Cephalid Empress or Blind Seer + Douse to make the table scratch their heads is extremely satisfying.
