You can and give them infinite life to clerc with the daru spiritualist and en-kor shaman/Lightning Greaves.

Then, you can sacrifice a cleric with your Starlit Sanctum to have infinite life.

Usualy you'll be control by control deck or overpass by agressive aggro deck. Ethersworn Canonist is here to avoid that. Moreover your cleric will be quite hard to blast because of Daru Spiritualist. unfortunately Mutilate is still very effective on this deck. Doomed necromancer must be keep in hand to save your destroyed cleric.
