In it's current configuration and the stars aligning correctly the deck can go off on turn 3. The hand would have to be Elvish Mystic, Elvish Mystic, Starscape Cleric, Bloodthirsty Conqueror, any land that enters untapped and produces green, and any 2 lands that enters untapped and produces black.

Combining Bloodthirsty Conqueror + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose or Starscape Cleric + Lifegain or Opp Life Loss and no removal = WIN! This version attempts to do it as quickly as possible.
