I like that card, but Dark Confidant inflicts too much here.

What happens if i have a Platinum Angel on the field, and i Disallow your nahiri's emrakul search, or emrakul's annihilator trigger and then bounce it with cryptic?

We may "what if" all eternity. I am pretty sure that would suck, but it's sort of a weak interaction that loses to any removal, and or any sideboard hate. Still a decent attempt even with that new "Madcap" card.
Probably. I have a mix between serious competitiveness & having fun!

Scenario:
Xica: What the hell happens if you get hit, by 13 infect on Turn 2, with no blockers and removal in hand, but tappedout!?
cplvela0811: Die, like a b*tch, then, I guess.

Nothing?
Platinum Angel reads:
You cannot los the game (and your opponents can't win it), this includes damage, infect counters, drawing from an empty library, even Door to Nothingness...

I would be also interested how does one manage the 13 infect at t2...

T1: Forest, Glistener Elf
T2: Swing, Mutagenic Growth x4, Become Immense
Risky, lucky hand, and reliant on them not yet having a blocker/counterspell/etc. But that's 15 infect damage on T2.

Sure, after Turn 3. Hopefully you do not play against any artifact hate or removal like; Terminate, Kolaghan's Command, Liliana of the Veil, Doom Blade, Dismember, Grasp of Darkness, Maelstrom Pulse, Path to Exile, Reclamation Sage, Qasali Pridemage, Blessed Alliance, Nahiri, the Harbinger's -2, and many other spells, that kill a mana 4/4 flyer without an indefinite form of indestructible or hexproof. That combo is very rewarding, I am sure, but also very "fringe."
In regard to my prior reply, it was supposed to be you, giving me another "what if my opponents played Magic, while I watched" scenario--in which you give me no way to win. Therefore, I jokingly quoted "Die, I guess."
Your scenaro presumes the Angle is resilient and may win on its own. That card pees when it hears the word removal.

It gets worse in Legacy/Vintage where you can use Invigorate as well. hah.

I do apologize, I just realized the utility of this. I have a bad habit of shunning pain lands.

By Force from amonkhet is just better than Shattering Spree when your running three colors

Eeeeeehhhh. It's more flexible about the mana spent on it, yeah. But it would cost 1 more total, and be easier to counter. Certainly a good consideration though.

Pardon my late response. It is finals month, for me this semester. Regarding Lightning Bolt; Fatal Push simply does what this deck needs better. It kills the Tarmogoyf and or other creatures that are dropped withing the game. There ar no recursions with Bolt, so "going to the face" would be pointless--even more so with so few creature drops. it is just unnecessary here. I would include it if this was a Aggro or Burn variant. The creatures just need to be dead and there cant really be any "catches" to the removal. Path to Exile will hand what push does not.
Hopefully that cleared up any concerns.
